Dika has a background in economics, planning and econometrics. Following several years as head of the Real Estate Forecasting Team at JLW in London, she set up Athens Economics ltd upon her return to Greece in 1992 and has also been the Jones Lang LaSalle representative in the country since then.
She has worked, among others, for the Greek government (Home Office), international organisations (EU & OECD), academic establishments (LSE) and the private sector (Jones Lang Wootton et al) in the UK, France and Belgium. She is a founding member of the Greek Board of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres), member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
Dika and her Athens Economics team of multidisciplinary staff and collaborators have an extensive track record in commercial real estate (econometric forecasting, feasibility/ market entry studies, valuation and appraisal, lease audits, investment acquisitions and disposals, corporate services and shopping centre promotion and leasing).

Chris has a background in geography & urban planning and is a founding member of the Geography Association of Greece, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, member of the Hellenic Association of Logistics and member of the Greek Association of Urban & Regional Planners.
Chris joined Athens Economics in 2000 and is responsible for both advisory & agency work for local & international companies to determine a disposal/ consolidation/ relocation strategy. He is also a logistics expert with deep knowledge of the Greek industrial market.
His past experience includes academic teaching (TEI of Athens & DIEK Nea Ionia) and consulting at Geoscience & Attika Akinita. He has chaired the ULI Young Leaders programme in Greece & is an ex-member of the Greek Association of Chief Executive Officers.
CHRISTINA KALANTZI MEng MSc REV
Christina is a European Expert valuer with 20 years’ experience in valuations for public and private sector, legal puroses etc, with a completion of more than 15,000 valuation reports. She has significant expertise in preparation-coordination of real estate asset portfolio sale contracts, examining the completeness of the necessary legal and technical documents, respecting deadlines. She is a certified valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance, member of TEGoVA, member of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece), member of SEKE (Association of Greek Valuers) and member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institution). She was also a member of the Body of Sworn-In Valuers.
Christina has recently joined Athens Economics, following a very successful career with Cerved Property Services SA, the National Bank of Greece and the Sworn-in Valuers Committee.
Christina holds a MEng in Civil Engineering from the City University in London and a MSc in Organization and Management of Industrial Systems from the University of Piraeus.

Corina has a background in Marketing Management & Communications.
She joined Athens Economics in 2004 and is the lynchpin of the office. She is responsible for day to day operations and supports the company’s accounting functions and real estate marketing activities.
MICHAEL KOUMOUSSIS Dipl Eng (Upl) REV

Michael has a background in engineering and urban & regional planning. He is a certified valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance, member of TEGoVA, member of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece), member of SEKE (Association of Greek Valuers) and member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institution)
He has been responsible for commercial real estate valuations and for internal valuation auditing in Athens Economics since 2007 and has a solid track record in appraisals for a variety of portfolios and single assets in all sectors and across the country.
His past experience includes consulting, research and valuation work for companies such as Geovalues and Theorema as well as for the University of Thessaly (Department of Regional Economic Analysis & Forecasting).
MARIA KOLOKITHA BSc (Econ)
Maria has a background in Economics and a 12-year track record in valuation services.
She joined Athens Economics in 2016 and is responsible for commercial real estate valuations.
She has previously worked with American Appraisal (Hellas), Danos & Associates and DTZ.
YANNIS RAFTOPOULOS MSc (Upl) MSc (Mgt)
Spatial Analyst & Data Coordinator
Yannis has a background in geography, management and spatial planning & environmental policies.
He joined Athens Economics in 2018 and is responsible for real estate research and GIS spatial analysis – the geographic information system used as a framework for gathering, managing and analyzing real estate, economic and demographic data.
His past experience includes research work in the Gelderland Regional Authority in the Netherlands, academic support at the Geography Dept of Harokopio University and spatial analysis, aerial photo interpretation & mapping at several companies, namely Eratosthenis SA, Nerco & Associates, Epta SA, MaP ltd and Meleti AEME.
THANOS SPANDIDEAS BEng (MecE)

Thanos has a background in Mechanical Engineering.
Thanos joined Athens Economics in 2003 and his role is twofold (i) leasing and investment agency and (ii) project management for fit out work. He is also responsible for all IT-related operations and activities within the company.
His past experience includes project management for construction works at the Athens Central Market Organization as well as consulting and design for Kouros (advertising contractor).
NITSA TAGOULI BSc (Econ)
Nitsa has a background in Economics.
She joined Athens Economics in 1998, is responsible for all statistical and qualitative research and covers both macro- and micro-economic data and reports, with special emphasis on the commercial real estate market.
GEORGE TASSOPOULOS MBA (Fin) MSc (REIF) MRICS

George has a background in economics, business and real estate finance and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He joined Athens Economics in 2009 and plays a key role in both leasing and investment activity insofar as the office and retail sectors are concerned.
His past experience includes research and agency work at PBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
